I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel & Terme, located on a hillside just outside Bagni di Lucca, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The helpful staff, led by an exceptionally welcoming lady at the reception, made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Our room, with its large balcony offering stunning sunset views, was simply excellent, and the old-fashioned charm of the hotel added to its allure.Furthermore, the spa facilities were top-notch, with the cave being a unique and memorable experience. The thermal waters on the property provided a truly relaxing break, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the treatments and discounts offered. The hotel's restaurant served delicious evening meals, complementing the tranquil and comfortable atmosphere perfectly. Hotel & Terme is a gem that I can't wait to revisit, surpassing all my expectations and ensuring a memorable stay.
